CHIP CONLEY
Chip Conley is a bestselling author, hospitality entrepreneur, disruptive business rebel, and social change agent. He is a leader at the forefront of the sharing economy. At age 26, the founder of Joie de Vivre Hospitality took an inner city motel and turned it into the second largest boutique hotel brand in the world. RACHEL GERSHWIN
A Modern Elder Academy alum (AWE-llelujah cohort), Rachel brings 20+ years of experience in non-profit management and fundraising, global sponsorship, cause-marketing, social impact, strategic partnerships and event production. She is a graduate of UCLA, a Southern California native living in San Diego, and a proud modern elder.

ANNE CONLEY
After receiving her B.A. from UC Berkeley, Anne worked for Joie de Vivre Hospitality where she supported the development and operation of 50+ hotels over the 25 years that she worked for the company. In 2016, Ms. Conley left hotel management to represent hotel ownership as Chip Conley's business manager. Currently, Anne is asset managing Chip's hotel, restaurant and spa portfolio while serving as President of the Chip Conley Foundation, which she and Chip founded in 2016.

WANDA WHITAKER
Wanda is CEO of Anchored In Spirit, a California based business, helping individuals and groups to transform, transcend and transmute through the arts and sciences. As an author, certified hypnotherapist, visionary artist and Spiritual teacher, educating and advocating for the betterment of society. Her community service began in her early 20’s in Washington, DC when she co-founded Inner City Inner Beauty Productions to build self-esteem amongst at-risk youth to volunteering and serving on various boards including La Casa de las Madres, the San Francisco Black Chamber of Commerce, Global Exchange, and the Create Peace Project.

With over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry, Lilly brings a high level of leadership and business administration experience, combined with an approachable attitude and a deep heart for service. She serves as Secretary/Treasurer for Association for Growth and Education (AGE). She lives in Northern California and runs a small family farm.

MICHAEL HEBB
Michael Hebb is the founder of Death Over Dinner, Generations Over Dinner and Drugs Over Dinner. He is the author of Let’s Talk About Death (Over Dinner) - Hachette 2018. He currently serves as a Board Advisor at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts, is the primary editor of the COVID Paper; and in the recent past served as a Partner at RoundGlass and Senior Advisor to Summit Series, Theo Chocolate, CreativeLive, Architecture For Humanity, and Mosaic Voices Foundation.
