Speaking Engagements with Chip Conley
AGE was created by Chip Conley, founder of the Modern Elder Academy, former Airbnb executive, and author of New York Times bestselling book, Wisdom@Work. Last year, Chip released his 7th book "Learning to Love Midlife", which is about rebranding midlife to help people understand the upside of this often-misunderstood life stage. He has appeared on Good Morning America, The Today Show, the TED stage, and is globally-recognized thought leader and public speaker on the future of work, the value of corporate culture, and the competitive advantage of a multi-generational workplace.

Chip is available for in-person and virtual speaking engagements and has generously offered to waive his normal fee for companies that want to make a tax-deductible contribution to AGE.

Generations@Work Toolkit
With five generations in the modern workforce, it has never been more important for companies to address age diversity and foster intergenerational relationships. Our Generations@Work toolkit helps companies build inclusive cultures with a curated collection of resources, including a workplace version of Generations Over Dinner.
