Generations@Work Toolkit
With five generations in the modern workforce, it has never been more important for companies to address age diversity as part of their DEI strategy. Our Generations@Work toolkit helps companies build inclusive cultures with a curated collection of resources, including a workplace version of Generations Over Dinner. Generations@Work provides a framework for facilitating intergenerational workplace conversations that foster understanding and collaboration amongst colleagues.
