Our Mission
AGE is dedicated to transforming the way we experience midlife and aging. We believe these years can be some of the most meaningful chapters of our lives, filled with opportunities to learn, grow, connect, and discover new purpose.
Through education, community, and access to transformative experiences, AGE helps people navigate life’s transitions with greater intention and possibility. In partnership with Modern Elder Academy, we create opportunities to pause, reflect, and reimagine what comes next while challenging outdated ideas about aging and fostering intergenerational connection.
Our mission is to create a world where growing older is embraced as a journey of continued growth, purpose, and possibility, and where everyone has the opportunity to thrive at every stage of life.
Our Founder’s philosophy on aging
“Middle age calls us into a new relationship with our body, mind, and spirit. It asks us to use our wisdom to make this world a better place. Middle age is a crossroads at which we are invited to release the beliefs, habits, and baggage that no longer serve so we can walk in greater freedom and joy. We are asked to step into our strength and teach, lead , and serve. To pick up the mantle of Guardian and pave a path of healing and hope for a younger generation.”
How [AGE] Helps
We drive impact through grants to organizations that offer personal growth and educational programming, with a focus on programs that support long life learning, midlife transitions, intergenerational connections and overcoming ageism.
Through our partnership with Modern Elder Academy (MEA), AGE supports scholarships that remove barriers to access and help create a diverse and inclusive community.
AGE’s innovative program, Generations Over Dinner, encourages hosts to gather their friends, family, and even strangers at both physical dinner parties and virtual gatherings to discuss key topics through the unique lens of each generation.
